Not working

I am not an expert at this but I have used livestreamer for almost 3 years now and always had success at downloading m3u8 streams or streaming on VLC. I have formatted my PC recently and now livestreamer is not working. I input the command I want and nothing comes up on the prompt - no error, no nothing. I have .NET Framework and Python installed.

Any hints as to why that is happening?

livestreamer was abandoned. Switch to https://github.com/streamlink/streamlink/ which is in active development
