Allow hats in custom mappings

This allows definition of hat mappings, which generally require multiple values, in ds4drv config. Example:

ABS_HAT0X = dpad_left,dpad_right                                                                                                                                                                                                          
ABS_HAT0Y = dpad_up,dpad_down
