1. Not easy to select `%LocalAppData%\Programs`, I had to type full path 2. Not possible to complete installation if not admin, even when selecting `user only` setup

I add a file, replace with date/time stamp, choose files icon, but Apply does nothing. Grayed out. 
I can get numbered variables "$1" to pull from search (/d) but I cannot seem to make simple increments ${} work in the replace field. Is that implemented/working?
