I am planning to translate the UI strings (in SmartRenameUI\SmartRenameUI.rc) into Russian for personal use.

Relatedly, wanted to know if the localization support is planned — it would be great to have an easily localizable list of strings for other people to contribute translations.

I don't have any plans on localization. I wish I had more time to do so.
