[Feature request] Option to merge renamed folders

I have a list of folders in order like A-001 A-002 A-...

Inside they have same subfolders with different items. When renaming all of them to common name like "A", I wish there would be an option to merge contents of folders and subfolder instead of making it "A" and "A (1)".

The main difficulty is what to do with same filenames if present.
