Keyboard shortcut

Greetings. Would it be possible to add a keyboard shortcut to this?

For example how F2 is the regular rename in Windows, this could be Ctrl + Win + Shift + Alt + F2 (or R instead of F2).

I have looked around the interwebs and there's absolutely no way of adding a keyboard shortcut to a windows shell extension unless it has been done so on the inside.
