[Bug] Tracks in m3u8 playlist not showing

Bug Summary

Phonograph Plus is one of the few music players that automatically recognizes externally created playlists. In my case (a fairly common one, I guess) the playlists reside in a folder /Audio/Playlists and contain relative paths to the files in /Audio/Music. While all playlists with m3u8 extension are recognized they are shown as empty, although the files that are referenced exist in /Audio/Music.
