[Feature Request] Stream Player
Hi dear developers.
I'd like to propose another feature for Phonograph : Stream Player.
I was wondering if I would spend some time to develop a specific app then I thought it would be better to just add that feature to an existing app. Since I've been using Phonograph for some time now, I thought it would be best to have it here.
So here is how I see it :
- a configuration page allows to add streams URLs and associate them with a downloaded image (the original could be removed once integrated into Phonograph database)
- a tab presents a list of stream (with their associated image) : either in list or in grid
- playing a stream wouldn't destroy /reset the local files playlist of course :)
One should be able to switch from a stream to another easily...
Do you think it could be implemented ?
Well, it is a lot of work to do if so.
And this is a very large feature to implement, which require plenty of time and effects to design, implement, test and refine it. However I am sure that most users of Phonograph Plus would not use it.
Besides, I wound be not so "unoccupied" these years.
So, my answer is NO for recent one or two year, but possible in the future.

Is it such a large feature ? What would you say are the biggest roadblocks ?
Note that I can actually play stream on my phone using mpv from termux ;)
