[Bug]: Playlists vanish and need re-scanned

Bug Summary

Sometimes I open the app, and all my playlists have vanished from the playlists tab.

If I go into the menu and re-scan, they come back.

But having to re-scan every time I go to use the app is not great.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Scan and get some .m3u8 files from the Music directory into the playlists tab.

Leave the app.

Come back to the app some time later. The playlists tab no longer has the playlists in it.
