Add quiet=FALSE to coloc.abf()

Open oborisov opened this issue 11 months ago • 0 comments

combine.abf() function has a useful "quiet=FALSE" parameter. Unfortunately, It is not possible to pass this parameter when calling coloc.abf() (which internally calls combine.abf).

Suggestion: https://github.com/chr1swallace/coloc/blob/0afe6070a02d571f038c4f6269e1f36842aaa34f/R/claudia.R#L324-L325

coloc.abf <- function(dataset1, dataset2, MAF=NULL,
                      p1=1e-4, p2=1e-4, p12=1e-5, quiet=FALSE) {

    pp.abf <- combine.abf(merged.df$lABF.df1, merged.df$lABF.df2, p1, p2, p12, quiet)
