fix: added missing declareWinner outcomes

"Rock Paper Scissors" game have 9 different combinations leading to the 3 outcomes (win / lose / tie), but only 2 combinations were coded, and the other ones were wrongly falling on the "else" path. Great initiative for a basic JS game, BTW!
