Add support for Dat on build

This is a 🙋 feature request

Expected Behavior

When running bankai build we could also share through Dat, using dat-node

Possible Solution

After building files, share them as a dat, and print the hash as dat://<hash>

Perhaps bash might be a better solution here?

$ bankai build && dat sync dist/

I think it would be criminal not to use the opportunity for a create-choo-app template called choo-on-dat
