Go to the Wiki and read and edit opinionated recommended practices.

Also, link to wiki page for an issue on your blog, github issue, etc.

2. Rationale
3. Examples
4. Advantages
5. Disadvantages
6. Votes (optional) - who agrees or disagrees.

Permissions

The wiki is public write-access, so anyone can make a change. Changes are logged.

In the future, if there is abuse, we may change it to changes to the wiki via pull-review.
