ENHANCEMENT: Send the urls considered potentially invalid in the report

When the validator check the nuspec, if the description contains a URL that is potentially invalid, it' said in the report. But the link itself isn't. it can be a great help to find it, in my case, some package are saying that, but every link seems working for me. it could help to know wich one is sending the alarm

@tunisiano187 this is the package-verifier repository, and you are looking for a change to package-validator. I will move it over there.
