Requirement: No email address in any text related field

Following #96 - let's ensure email is not in any text related field like description, releaseNotes and/or tags.

@ferventcoder just putting it out there... Could we just check the whole nuspec for email address, and fail if one is found? Is there a compelling reason to allow email in nuspec?
