Rendering of .some txt partials are broken

What You Are Seeing?

On the Deployment Plan page, under Creating A Deployment, and all the way at the bottom of the section, there are two alerts, one of which does not render correctly. This alert is part of a .txt partial and also used on other pages (that also doesnt' work).

What is Expected?

The text inside the partial should be rended "normally".

Go to Creating A Deployment, and all the way at the bottom of the section, observe.
