docs Complete all Work in Progress sections

There are a number of placeholder pages, which have been created with the text:

**NOTE** This page is a stub that has not yet been filled out.

These need to be completed before going live.

As an interim measure, I have made it so that these WIP progress pages don't appear in the navigation menu.

@ferventcoder I have added content for all but one of the remaining top level pages. Wasn't sure exactly what you wanted for that one, but if you can provide some guidance, I would be happy to have a first stab at getting something added.

There are still some work in progress pages within the Chocolatey GUI docs, but I have hidden those from the navigation menus, so I don't think they are causing any problems just now, and we can fill them in as we get to them.

@pauby added content for the page or we could also remove the page entirely, it feels like any other pages below kind of explain and are part of automation. If you choose to keep it, could use this draft as initial starter that can be improved through time and replace work in progress info https://github.com/chocolatey/docs/pull/1094
