Expand C4B Azure documentation to cover updating certificates

What New Or Updated Would You Like To See?

There is currently no instructions regarding how to update certificates in the Chocolatey for Business Azure Environment documentation. This should be added with instructions on completing the task via both the Azure Portal and PowerShell.

Why Is It Needed?

It's not immediately clear how to do this, and guidance is necessary to do it correctly.
