Highlight password complexity requirements before submitting a password

Description

I would like to see Password Complexity requirements presented to the end user on screens where it is necessary, such as:

• Encryption Passphrase Settings Page
• Reset Password Dialog(s)

This could be a legend, a tooltip, or some more interactive mechanism for letting a user know what the requirements of a sensitive value are.

Why Is It Needed

Currently, the only way you know if you've not satisfied the requirements is to submit an insufficient passphrase
