Add Button in Package Builder to Include All Files in Same Folder and Copy Additional Files into Tools Folder

Description

Create an optional button inside Package Builder that would allow a user to include additional files from the same folder the package is being built from, and then place those files into the resulting tools folder for use.

Why Is It Needed

To my knowledge this is not doable in Package Builder at the moment, and adding this to Package Builder would save some additional steps.
