Central Management - Enable SAML as part of authentication to CCM

Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

There is only support for authentication against Active Directory. Not to any other authentication "service". For example DUO LDAP server proxy. This means we cannot integrate authentication to CCM with our authentications standards. Where MFA is required.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

With SAML support almost every integration would be possible for a CCM customer to create their own authentication method. While also adding SSO.
