In CCM, indicate whether a user is created locally or via LDAP

We are using LDAP integration for most users' access to LDAP, but there will be a couple of "local" accounts, eg ccmadmin.

A small improvement would be to distinguish between the implicitly created LDAP users and the explicitly created local users.
