In CCM, allow license count to be added to individual packages

As a C4B customer deployed for 300 seats, we would like to use CCM could be used for license tracking.

Most of the software we use is open source, but a small amount of it requires a license, eg 50 seats for using Beyond Compare, a file comparison tool.

Now for each computer registered in CCM, I notice that it is possible to associate a “friendly name”, which I guess is an additional column in some table in the database.

What I would love is a similar mechanism to associate a “license count” against software packages. Then the tool could indicate when we have exceeded our licenses.

This request is similar to https://github.com/chocolatey/chocolatey-licensed-issues/issues/8, but not as sophisticated as what was asked for there, so hopefully simpler to implement.
