Central Management - API Key Based Authentication

Description

Would like to propose the idea of using API Keys instead of or in addition to username and password based access for CCM. Propose having the API key values stored in the CCM DB. Specifically wanting this when invoking the API either directly or through use of ChocoCCM module.
