Package Builder - Unchecking Include Before Modify and Uninstall Chocolatey Script Have No Effect

What You Are Seeing?

When going through the package builder GUI under the general info tab if you do not check the boxes for Include Before Modify Script and Include Before Modify script Chocolatey still generates these two files in the package's tools directory.

What is Expected?

Checking these 2 boxes should do as they state and not produce these 2 scripts in the package's tools folder.

A few possible solution paths to consider:

  1. remove the options
  2. make them greyed out
  3. make them actually do something
