Chocolatey GUI Branding - .ico file in branding assembly doesn't replace default ico

Regardless of whether a .ico file is included in the branding assembly or not, the default .ico file of Chocolatey GUI is never replaced.

Added a label called ChocolateyGuiExtension and added it to this issue.
