Central Management - If you update license file, you need to stop and restart website and service(s) for it to capture the update
In the release of v0.2.0, which includes Deployments and starts to look closer at ensuring folks are adhering towards licensing, you may need to update your license counts. When you do that, you need to take the additional steps of restarting both the website and the central management service (all instances you have installed).
In the future CCM will automatically pull that in and that is what this issue is noting.
