Don't require `--name` option, and allow multiple names, for `choco pin` command

Coming out of #272, let's make the command more intuitive

• Do not require -n for passing values to choco pin
• Allow multiple packages to be passed with a single command

@sippi90 we are moving to remove some aliases. I am not sure what the benefit is over choco pin.
