Describe the bug The cChoco automated build consistently fails.

Do you mind if I take this on in an opinionated way, @pauby?

I was going to create an issue to mention that we're currently publishing a lot more than we should be in the module artifact (e.g. cChoco on PowerShellGallery contains the entire .git folder, the AppVeyor build scripts, and... well, everything else)

I can create a separate issue for that, but it would fit in this.
