cChoco 2.4.0 includes .git folders on PowerShell Gallery

https://www.powershellgallery.com/packages/cChoco/2.4.0.0 if you look at FileList you will see it includes the .git folders.

Not sure how this one was released, but typically you create a tag and AppVeyor should release it.
