Build does not run tests

It doesn't appear that the AppVeyor build is running any Pester tests when a PR is submitted. Just the build.

We need to have the Pester tests run too.

I'd like to put some prio on this issue, maybe we can even have this for v2.13.0 ?

I'm looking to change the build process for 2.14.0 so would rather aim for that? Thoughts?

I'm okay with it if we can get out 2.13 quickly so we can focus on 2.14 :smile:

  • the highly needed refactoring kind of depends on having the tests run CI side imo.
