The 'showDownloadProgress' toggle doesn't work

What You Are Seeing?

Under the Chocolatey tab in Settings, there is a toggle showDownloadProgress, which claims to show download progress percentages in the console output.

Toggling this on doesn't change anything. The console output is unchanged from when the toggle is off.

What is Expected?

Enabling this toggle should show the progress percentage just like it does in a regular terminal when using choco directly.

How to reproduce?

  1. Enable this toggle.
  2. Try to install/update an app. Pay attention to the line where the download is started.
