What You Are Seeing?
Chocolatey GUI displays a green "Installed" label even though the installed version is older than the latest version available in the configured feed. This is misleading because the GUI shows the latest version number next to the package while marking it as "Installed", implying that the latest version is already present — which is not true.
What is Expected?
The GUI should clearly differentiate between:
Installed version
Latest available version

@Zwirn1 some screenshots of the problem would help here, and also some full steps to reproduce the problem would also be useful.
