Hey @xmakro. Thanks a lot for your contribution. I will merge it first into a temporary branch, as I noticed an issue with the x.py script (adding windows line-endings on my machine) and I would like to update the change log.

Ah that explain the diffs in the yaml files.

Actually I have to backtrack a bit. I can't seem to find the changelog for the 0.18.0 release. I would like to better understand what the difference between 0.17.* and 0.18.* releases are before merging. I raised an issue at the arrow2 repo.

As arrow2 is no longer maintained (see the projects's readme), I don't think adding support for 0.18 makes sense. Thanks a lot for your PR.
