Updated README with CheckM2 testrun numbers

Thanks for the package!

I had the same question (and testrun results) as in https://github.com/chklovski/CheckM2/issues/77. I added the the CheckM2 values alongside the existing completion and contamination scores from CheckM1 (if I'm understanding https://github.com/chklovski/CheckM2/issues/77 correctly). I also reordered the table so that it's closer to what the user sees after running checkm2 testrun.
