Diamond dependency need updating to allow usage on Apple Silicon (M1/M2 Macs)

Hi,

Diamond version is 2.0.4 which is three years out of date and on version 2.1.8 now, this makes it harder to use this tool on the M1/M2 macs as the older version has a bug preventing it working under Rosetta - x64 architecture not ARM64 (it has no AVX support, but requiring AVX was patched in Diamond 2.1.8).

Hi,

Thanks for raising this. The current diamond database requires an older version, so I will look into updating the database & diamond dependencies to the current DIAMOND version with the next major CheckM2 release.
