Transparent window border

Hi!

With compton window borders become transparent and wallpaper shines through them: compton Here is how it looks without compton: comptoff Is there a way to make window borders opaque when using compton?

I am using compton 0.1~beta2 with Ubuntu 14.04 and awesome wm 3.4.15 if that matters.

For anyone else who stumbles here: This issue is a symptom of #302 (originally reported in https://github.com/awesomeWM/awesome/issues/425) and was fixed in c156abb0e8f954b65ebd58355b1f1aa0db974980. Since compton hasn't had a release tag in almost 4 years the change still hasn't made it into any official repositories. There's a PPA by @kelleyk mentioned in #299 which provides a more recent build including the fix.

I don't think the patch mentioned by @garnetius is related to the issue.
