Windows Command Line cannot display some fg colors

Here is my piece of code. I use gray color: 2021-05-06 20_08_43-chia-plotter-log-viewer – viewerHelper js

In Windows Command Line, I cannot see the correct color. 2021-05-06 20_08_56-Chia Plotting Viewer

but in WSL2, I can see it correctly.. 2021-05-06 20_09_21-Chia Plotting Viewer

I also tried 256 colors, dose not seem to correctly show the color that I want... is there anything that I missed?
