[Romania] Able to chain City with Zipcode

Thanks so much for your EXCELLENT work.
This is what I am looking for for a very long time! Just I wish to autofill Zipcode while City dropdown is selected! Can this be accomplished? Please kindly advise. Thank you so much!

@Killeros three comments in a row, really? What about if you do this feature and send the PR? Well, if you send me a CSV, Excel or something with the ZIP codes for every city I can make this feat.

So i need this plugin to work for country Romania.
I have uploaded a zip file with a excel doc containing the shortcode of every state/county with each town/city name and each zipcode for each town/city . If you make this work, you are the best ever :D
Only the state name or you also need the ShortCode? I thought you need the shortcode as in the woocommerce State/RO ?

@YordanSoares do you have an idea of how this feature can be implemented? I see a few issues that appear to be duplicates of this one (#85 #82). Do we extend the places array to include postal codes? What about places that do not use postal codes, like Nigeria?
I have the same request, it would be very useful to (chain | relate | link) a city to a ZIP code(s) and autofill (or dropdown list) after the city has been selected, it could be handle the shipping policies in a most effective way within the core to boost WC tools. Indeed I suppose it's a kind of adding one more level, i.e. so you have for El Salvador:
- Country Code [SV] El Salvador
- /states/SV.php - States [SV-SS] (14) El Salvador has 14 Departments (States) - SV-SS= San Salvador Department
- /places/SV.php - Places [SV-SS; San Salvador] San Salvador Department has 19 municipalities; -> Municipality of San Salvador (14 Departments sum total of 262 municipalities)
- /postcodes/SV.php - Postcodes [01101-San Salvador] (262) (Each city [municipality] has one ZIP code)
The above in case one city has one ZIP code is 1:1, but can be 1:4 or 1:5 (One city could have 4 or 5 ZIP codes, I don't know if some countries works like this). Note that if your country doesn't use ZIP codes at all you could use by your own or just deactivate this feature in the checkout. I already tried to do it but my programmer skill are very poor :_(
