Missing rates and status incomplete

Hi,

Having some issues with the API... if I do say this:

        [size_unit] => cm
        [size_x] => 40
        [size_y] => 56
        [size_z] => 56

I will get [status] => incomplete

but [size_unit] => cm [size_x] => 50 [size_y] => 56 [size_z] => 56

gives status unpaid... not really sure if that's an issue though.

Also if I give a size_x/y/z over say 60 cm each, the rates array becomes empty... as long as it stays under those numbers though I get rates. Am I hitting the maximum size or am I doing something wrong?
