Add a debug button and context menu in the GemStone snippet and context/class coder

We should have debug buttons also for gemstone snippets/coders

Right now gt4gemstone cannot cleanly depend on other gt projects. We should restructure it so that we can load in GemStone cleanly other parts of GT if needed.

We should test that the GT image works correctly with multiple g4gemstone releases

We should have better support for automatically grouping objects that are of the same type

`BrSelectionChanged` has as selection a `BrSelection` and `BrSelectionDoubleClicked` and interval.
