Same with mine. Better to use old version for some time until it's fixed...

The file uploaded. Then deleted, left its name in directory with size 0kb. And Attachment boxes stays the same.

Check out Windows Settings>Apps>Advanced App Settings, maybe it's blocking the app to launch.
