To clarify the issue, this is a request to essentially revert the behavior Kyverno had several versions ago where by deleting a policy with a generate rule using a `clone`...
This issue is related to #4140 and we need to discuss internally what the correct behavior should be and if triggering resources should impact downstream resources.
Please update and whether we should keep open or close.
