Bounty: Developing GUI for predictable betting

This is a bounty which I'm creating to develop the GUI for the predictable betting market. We have the bet platform on which we developed the poker and our plan to extend it for the predictable betting markets.

For development one can use the reference GUI of poker where in which one can reuse the node connection and wallet functionalities. I'll also be sharing the set of messages that are exchanged b/w backend and GUI. I can share few reference implementations and if anyone is interested to take part please DM me.

To claim bounty - 75%, when we play the successful blackjack game without any major issues and remaining 25% will be paid on fixing the addon issues.
