It depends on your requirement. User can log in from multiple devices. If your product does not allow the multiple device login you need to remove the refresh token else...

Can you try with raw > json ? or check the content type : application/json in the headers

@KeenWarrior, I think it will be front-end url. frontend will call the api accordingly. so no changes required.
