Cannot add user with details

When I try to add a user with details nothing happens when I press update. Every field is entered correctly.

EDIT: Linked to the same issue about password strength. That marker there indicates password strength and it's common sense that it's just an indicator. You need to make an alert when people press the Update button to let them know why nothing is happening otherwise the will just think it's not working.

Did you checked the password strength indicator ? is it green ?

Confirmed. Even with a ~~very~~ strong password, the user is not being added.

Update: The password I was testing with is T3mp!t3MP#p4ss.
