Lazy Load Youtube Video

Hello I've successfully implemented Plyr to SSR Gatsby, but encountered problems on the loading page side.

Youtube iframes are very heavy, is there a way to lazy load by only displaying images / thumbnails along with buttons. Load youtube video after click on image/play button?
