Add project to bower

Hi can you possibly add your project to bower?

@danswater you can already use: bower install https://github.com/chingyawhao/materialize-clockpicker.git or bower install https://github.com/chingyawhao/materialize-clockpicker.git --save if you want to added to your project bower config.
