不管什么图片，都提示异常

把web.py卸载掉，重新安装。 我之前也遇到过，是版本问题。

我一斤多次卸载重装了，还是不行啊。你有什么好的安装方法吗？

字符串编码问题

python=3.6，python3.5 json.loads是字符串不是字节，要先转码

我也遇到了这个问题 web.py框架不支持python 3.7需要把python版本更换为3.6 这个问题就解决了
