Convert the original armature instead of the copy
Right now we

Duplicate the mesh/armature

Convert the copy's bones into FK
The problem is that the copy has bones named like Bone.001
which forces you to write scripts / tooling that accounts for these name changes.
We should instead convert the original armature so that the bone names are preserved (and still keep the duplicates around as a backup in case someone was using the script manually and something went wrong and they saved)
